Together, we look at your cholesterol results, current habits, health history, routine, preferences and the places where things tend to unravel.

How sessions work

Sessions are held weekly by Zoom or phone.

You’ll receive dedicated time to talk through challenges, questions and progress, so you are not left trying to figure everything out on your own.

Each week, we agree realistic actions based on your goals, results and current capacity.

The aim is not to be perfect.

It is to keep building a plan that works for your real life, including the busy weeks, social plans, setbacks and moments where motivation dips.
