How sessions work

  • Sessions are held via zoom or over the phone on a weekly basis

  • You get dedicated time to talk through challenges, questions and progress

  • Advice and actions are tailored to your goals and circumstances

  • Support evolves as your needs change, and is also available over messenger between scheduled calls
     

There is no pressure to be perfect. Progress is shaped around what is possible for you.
